Every Coastline Leather Goods piece is handcrafted to last a lifetime. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers repairs for issues related to broken stitching or craftsmanship defects for as long as Coastline Leather Goods remains in operation.
What’s covered: Broken stitching, loose threads, or other craftsmanship issues that prevent your item from performing as intended.
What’s not covered: Cuts, tears, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect. Natural wear, patina, and character marks from regular use are not considered defects—but if your leather shows normal wear and simply needs a stitch repair, we’ve got you covered.
Shipping: You pay to ship your item to us; we’ll cover the cost to ship it back once repaired.
How to start a repair: Email nick@coastlineleathergoods.com with a brief description of the issue and a clear photo of the affected area. We’ll take a look and get back to you with next steps.
This warranty lasts for the lifetime of Coastline Leather Goods and is valid only for the original owner.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Coastline Leather Goods purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of fulfillment.
Returns: Full refunds are available for items returned in their original condition.
Exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement once we’ve received your original item.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received. Leather develops wear and patina quickly, so any signs of use or damage will make the item ineligible for return or exchange.
Exceptions: Personalized or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
